In the sometimes faceless world of Virtual Meetings, don't lose sight of what is important to your customer. Sometimes without visual clues to give us feedback, we can unintentionally deliver a message which is unclear to the recipient.

In the same way, we would curate clear, specific content for our face to face events, we should pay careful attention to the content being delivered in the virtual world.

Without the focus on content, we will quickly lose participants from our sessions. So while regular communication is important, the right content is critical.
