This Korean based manufacturing company had successfully partnered as a sponsor with one of the UK's leading football clubs and needed to leverage the sponsorship by demonstrating their products to a wide audience base, ensuring their ROI was exceeded. The team needed to provide a unique and engaging showcase to support the existing sponsorship and promote the core products to a new audience.
A careful mix of communication materials were created from email and direct mail to large scale advertising on board local vehicles.
We worked with the client to provide suitable venue options for accommodation and social events, fully liveried vehicles were sourced for all group transfers. Full programme management in liaison with the football club including the use of the press room for key customer presentations. A key part of the delivery was the presence of an experiential booth in the grounds of the stadium, which contained product information and giveaways as well as a shoot out for match attendees to pitch their skills against the goal keepers. On the pitch, half time entertainment was provided by a branded skills challenge goals shoot out against the club mascot.
On site, the team provided full event management to the client for their accommodation and social programmes including match day hospitality, pitch entertainment and stadium booth, transfers and entertainment at the gala dinner on the final evening.
An exciting mix of energetic match day action with a dynamic team creating entertainment for the attendees and VIP treatment for the customers invited by our client to the event. A successful and engaging event which created brand awareness for the product amongst the public while further cementing a strong relationship with key customers who had been targeted throughout the campaign, particularly those who attended the hospitality events.
