This retail software solutions provider needed to re-vamp their traditional customer event to create a programme which was a suitable product showcase to interest their current customers and select prospects in an engaging and informative way.
A strong identity was created for the campaign, a series of branded communications were sent out to customers in the lead up to two events - one in the US and one in Europe (the two key markets).
The on site delegate experience was centred around product demo based innovation zones allowing the opportunity to showcase product in live demo settings and allowing for meaningful discussions to take place with small groups throughout the events.

With one sale attributed to the attendance at the event and another looking close to completion in the months following. A new company hire has been added to the team, to manage the programme due to its success and on-going growth and interest.
